Pre-Payment & Cancellation Terms

• All reservations requiring pre-payment are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances involving:
  • Late arrivals
  • No-shows
  • Changes in guest count
  • Cancellations for any reason

This policy allows us to properly manage staffing, accommodations, and bottle service preparations, ensuring that every guest enjoys the elevated experience Noir Lounge is known for.
